Payment The value of all listings on this site is based on a 30 day period. You agree that no refunds of any kind will be applied after 30 days have passed since you first entered your listing on this site. While some listing options allow you to list an ad for up to one year, and are collected as a one time payment, it is understood by you that the value of this payment represents a 30 day period, with 11 months of free service. Under no circumstance will RentalsMarin.com refund or reimburse any payment after the 30 days. This does not imply that a refund or reimbursement will be made in a shorter period of time.

Cancellations & Refunds No warranties of service are provided. Once your listing has been posted, service has been considered rendered. Any cancellation or removal of a listing on this site does not entitle the account holder to any refund or reimbursement. Any requests for refund must be made in writing and submitted to RentalsMarin.com via email within 30 days of the original listing date to be considered. You must provide a sound reason and definitive proof as to why a refund or reimbursement should be considered. It is up to the sole discretion of RentalsMarin.com to decide if any reimbursement will be made.

We cannot guarantee or otherwise be held responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, timeliness, quality, or security of any information or content contained on these sites. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
